Mix in a bowl, yeast and water and sprinkle 1 tsp sugar over and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and oil.
Then add yeast mixture and mix again. If too dry, add a little water. Knead for a few min.
Cover and let rise for 45 min.
Preheat Oven to 400 F
Divide and press in pizza pans. Let rise 10 to 15 min and then add pizza toppings.
Cook for 18 Minutes
This will make 3 thin (12 inch) or 2 thick crusts.
