Peeled and Diced
Instructions
Put everything in a pot except potatoes.
Bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Add potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes
Add ½ cup of water if a little dry.
Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
