Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- 10 Chicken Thighs (Boneless)
- ⅓ Cup Vinegar
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
- 2 Cups Water
- 3 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 4 Medium Potatoes Peeled and Diced
Instructions
- Put everything in a pot except potatoes.
- Bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Add potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes
- Add ½ cup of water if a little dry.
- Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
