Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken Thighs (Boneless)
  • Cup Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 3 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Medium Potatoes Peeled and Diced

Instructions

  • Put everything in a pot except potatoes.
  • Bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  • Add potatoes and boil for another 20 minutes
  • Add ½ cup of water if a little dry.
  • Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
