Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes sliced
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- Boom Boom to taste
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened and translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds more, or until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients:Add the sliced potatoes, diced ham, chicken stock, Boom Boom, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Boil and Simmer:Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat .Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
