Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes sliced
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • Boom Boom to taste
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Sauté the Aromatics:
    Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened and translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds more, or until fragrant.
  • Combine Ingredients:
    Add the sliced potatoes, diced ham, chicken stock, Boom Boom, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  • Boil and Simmer:
    Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat .Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
